Refunds

(I) We believe in the fairness of our 7-day money-back guarantee for all purchases through our mobile application. If you find our services unsatisfactory within this period, you are eligible for a full refund.

(II) To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at solutions@cloudly.com.bd with your purchase details, including the date of purchase and the reason for your refund request. Note that the request won’t be accepted without a valid reason.

(III) Refunds will be processed promptly upon approval and issued using the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Cancellation of Subscriptions

(I) We understand that circumstances can change. That’s why you have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time, especially if you have subscribed to any premium features or services within our mobile application.

(II) By canceling  your subscription, you will prevent any future charges. However, you will still be able to enjoy the premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.

(III)  Please note that canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.
